If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one if appropriate.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Returned items must be packaged well and returned in sellable condition. It is recommended that returns are dispatched via a recorded/signed for postal method to ensure their arrival as we assume no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Any costs incurred for returned items is at the expense of you, the consumer, and not “Toy Dream”.
